Grappa di Nebbiolo is produced from Nebbiolo grape skins fermented.
Theese are distilled and then stored in steel container for a few months and then aged in barrique to pick up scents and aromas.
The color looks pale amber with golden reflections, the bouquet has floral notes from the fruit. The taste is smooth, full, very intense, with light notes of wood.
Grappa di Arneis is a delicate product obtained by distilling fresh skins of Arneis grape.
This distillate has a wide variety of floral and almond fragrances. The color looks clear with a fine bouquet, fresh with herbal notes accentuated.
The taste is whimsical with a pleasant aftertaste of bitter almonds, delicate and persistent.
